Hacking Some games not working on USB Loader gx, all games work on WiiFlow

As the title states I have a few games on my HDD, every game boots and plays fine on WiiFlow but on USB loader only a few boot. The rest just kicks me back to the homebrew menu.
The reason I'm not just using WiiFlow is because I need Usb Loader to run Project M for SSBB. Im stumped on what the problem could be, I've reinstalled the IOS a few times now but still no luck.

Which version of USB LOADER GX are you using?

Is your hard drive FAT32?

Hi, my version of USB Loader is 3.0 r1271

And yes my drive is FAT32

Thanks for your help I'll give it a go, by the way on the game that kick me back to homebrew don't show a banner/cover art just a black screen however the other ones do. I'm not sure if this is any help in identifying the problem but I'll try and build an ISO regardless.

EDIT: Just realised you can get brawl builder for mac, I'll have a look around to see if anyone has found a solution to this

UPDATE: It was a schoolboy error, I had a couple of games in folders which must've caused some trouble for usb loader. Fixed now
