Hacking Some Games don't stay after reverting emunand

so i have a 9.6 emunand that was was updated through Rxtools since i also want to use my gateway i revert my emunand to 9.2 using emunand tool But, heres the problem i download pokemon shuffle and pokemon Rumble world and when i revert my emunand they don't stay is it possible to inject the ticket.db from my 9.6 emunand to the 9.2 emunand? using Rxtools?

the problem is funkycia closes right away when i run it

i have python 2.7 and i just click on it since when i go to the command prompt it says there is no command
