i was an f1 fan for around 10 years but they just kept chipping away at it each year, removing the good things bit by bit, making slight modifications for the worse every year, and then one day i just looked at it and didn't see anything much to get excited about and stopped watching. the halo was the last straw. the endless fawning over the drivers is nauseating to me also. used to be the drivers were these mysterious fellows who they wouldn't tell you much about and you had to seek out that info yourself. now its like they are front and center of the whole act. -
