Hello. Does such thing already exist? I want to apply some Anti-Aliasing filter on my Wii U input (I'm playing Mario Galaxy).
The quality is horrible on my 4K TV. But using Dolphin emulator on PC, the texture is much more beautiful.
Any suggestion please of some device to have the same effect.

There is something like that, and it actually seems to work OK.

But you will never get the same quality from upscaling that you get from rendering natively at a higher resolution. You can't simply produce extra detail that isn't there to begin with. You can approximate it and get decent results but it won't look anywhere near as good.
You're honestly probably better off using Dolphin. With support for Wii Menu, BT adapter forwarding for better Wiimote support, tons of other things like the Ubershaders, and more recently even Shop Channel support if you set it up correctly, it's pretty close to working flawlessly and can work exactly like a real Wii if you so wished. And as you said, Super Mario Galaxy looks great in it. And it's still improving day by day. I never play Wii games on a Wii/Wii U anymore.

Thanks mCable seems indeed to hugely improve texture (seeing the link), unfortunately I couldn't find cheaper alternatives (mCable price 129$).

Yes this will push me to use Dolphind and PC instead of Wii U. Funny how Wii games look beautiful on Dolphin and Sh*ty on real hardware

So... You're trying to play a 480p game on a 4K TV...

Let's not talk about my e-Shop Super Mario 64, that looks like it was programmed by 12 y.o geek boy :P

And you won't find any, the mcable is the only of its kind.

One big difference, Dolphin renders at a higher resolution while real hardware is stuck at 480p.
