Gaming Soma Bringer Patch question

first off I'M SORRY if this is in the wrong forum section please don't kill me...

Okay so I located and did the searching for the thread with the patch but still got lost in reading that and couldn't find a link of sorts for the translation patch. Could someone A. post the link for the completed patch from reading the thread it was giving me the impression that it was almost done. B. Tell me if i need an isp. writer or some other writer for it.
