SolveigMM AVI Trimmer

So, im using a trimmer that was recommend to me by a member of GBATemp, and so far its been doing its job

But now, i have a file, The Animatrix to be exact

And ive trimmed each file down, so the start is black and then the code falls and the name appears

But for some reason, im cutting it, save it, but it cuts it a bit early and is cutting it just before the end of the previous mini-film

So i trim it a little bit more, so the code is showing this time, still it saves in the exact same place
I trim again so you see the title of the mini-film, save and yet it still saves it at the same place, the end of the previous film

Can some1 help please?!
