question if I give 4.2 to 4.3 update lose all already installed channels

no u won't lose anything

btw, it's pointless to update from 4.2 or 4.3, u gain nothing in doing it. The only change it makes is you get to see 4.3 instead of 4.2 in the wii settings menu.
