Are you downloading the USA cia 9.2 files from that iso site? I don't think mixing o3ds and n3ds is a great idea unless I'm understanding wrong. I only downloaded the n3ds ones and I'm 3/3 on systems so far. @Ichi ainton ill pm you the link open the morning. Gotta get to bed lol

to downgrading from 10.7.0 to the lower version has had way less public usage , to be reading all of above answers , still not that clear.. have to research more then..

I am using PlaiSysUpdater. where do i get safesysupdater? is that what is wrong?

plaisysupdater is a fork of safesysupdater, in which generates more frankenfirmwares and/or bricks compared to the generic sysupdater. that's what's wrong.
