A goat giving birth is much harder than a human. A mother goat's newborn is proportionally the same as a human mother giving birth to an average sized first grader.

Goat's birthing and living through it truly is a miracle if the mother and/or kid (baby goats are called "kids") survives.

There are several that are horrible angles, don't show it pre-birth (so you can't tell just how big it is), skip several segments, etc. Finding one from start to finish with no cuts, and no camera shifting, is actually really hard.

Humans have a lot of problems, and women give birth to much more immature babies than other mammals for a reason. Thinner pelvis means the skull has to still be soft to squeeze through. Goats admittedly don't have it as easy as most, but still much much better than people.
