..and they sent me an 8GB one instead, most likely by accident.

What would be the best thing to do at this point? Should I just keep it?

As long as they didn't charge you for an 8, keep it and smile to yourself at your good fortune [IMG]

Whether you keep it or let them know depends on if you are an honest person or not.

When you tell them they will either mail you the correct card and a prepaid box to mail the old one back, or very likely they'll just say you can keep it.

I'd tell 'em. They might let you keep it anyways. If you don't care about the "right" thing then don't say a word.

Well, I went ahead and sent them an email. So far they haven't responded yet, and I don't think they will, as they usually reply to emails sent during business hours relatively quickly.

Well, I doubt they'll send a SWAT team after me or anything like that. I just feel kinda guilty.

Only KEEP it if you think it's right.

You may feel guilty for a long time if you keep it.

take it. i mean, just a single 8gb card isn't gonna ruin their business. unless they know they did make the mistake of sending you the wrong item then you're better off keeping it.
