Homebrew So I haven't been active with 3DS and the scene for a while..

Is there any new cool homebrew hacks/mods? I'm on 10.3, if that helps. I haven't been on GBATemp for ages either so I can't remember if asking for homebrew is against the rules. I'm also preferably looking for ACNL/ACHHD stuff, But anything else is fine.
