So, how do you check what files are good and bad in a download?

I keep hearing of 'cDecrypt' but I can't get that to work properly for my downloaded file?

I guess it depends on what format you are downloading files. Encryped format are *.app, *.h3, etc. decrypted files are stored in meta, content, folders...
I only use encrypted format which are compatible to install in USB with wup installer. To check those, download Wii U USB helper, have the app begin download the game/update you are trying to test, allow a few seconds to begin download data (1 minute is enough) and then stop download by clicking on abort button . It will create a folder, then you move all your files to this folder and once it finishes, go to Wii U USB helper and click download button again. This time it will recognize existing files and it will start to verify them. If finds a corrupt file, it will download it again. Great app!
