Yes, it snows here... ugh. I hate snow. When you're Canadian, you deal with snow a lot more often than you want to (although not all year round like the stereotype says

). Nothing quite as annoying as shoveling 3 feet of snow in a huge drive way, while it's snowing, for hours... bah, don't get me started. Needless to say, yeah, I hate snow. When you don't have it it's this amazing thing that you want (IE for the people of Florida), and when you do have it, you just want it to go away.

Yep it snows here in Detroit. It's a blast when your a kid but not so much now. I'm glad I had it though. Christmas without snow would just be weird. I heard people in California, where a friend of mine lives, don't really get into Christmas as much as we do up North. Maybe it's because of the temperature and snow?

Oh, I love the snow. Ice storms... that's different... they suck.
We did get about 12 inches back in 2000 I think it was... completely paralyzed the city for about a week. Most of the time though, 3 inches, 2 days, max.

Nope, he just grew his beard and mustache longer so he could stand the dreadfully cold days in North Carolina.

You wouldn't know though, you don't hunt for your food like mthrnite does.

I love snow

When I had a holiday in america at Christmas time a few years ago, we saw heaps! Stayed in Farmington hills (I think) near detroit and close to canada. It was the most snow they had in years and I tobogganed till I could toboggan no more.

Very good times! We went to a golf course and rode a big innertube down the slopes too

I'm happy I got a white christmas because it's often 100oF here in australia around december. Not much fun when it's that hot.

I live in South Houston, Texas, USA. And in my 12 years of living here, it snowed ONCE. Last year, on Christmas eve.
