Hacking Snickerstream Freezes ingame Pokemon Ultra Sun

I just downloaded and set up Snickerstream. It works perfectly fine on the 3ds menus but soon as I load into the ingame world of Pokemon Ultra Sun, the Snickerstream window on the PC stops. I can hit home and it'll start to work again.

I don't know if I've set something up wrong. Any help is appreciated
