Homebrew Snes9xGX help please

hi i am runing wiiflow and preloader v0.30 iso v70 system menu v482 , homebrew 1.0.6 ios 61 v19.26, wii system ver 4.2e .
cIOSCORPv3.5. nerogamma 7 rev 14

and i am trying to play Nintendo NES games through the above program although i have got the files on the sd card in the right place when i go to play a game it keeps coming up with unkown file

any ideas

all i know is what ext it is Nintendo NES they came with the emu , how do you know what the difference is

most super nes roms will be named like nameofgame.SMC
if you want to play normal nes games (nameofgame.nes) you need Fceu GX
