Homebrew SNES9X GX, FCEUltra GX and VBA GX with cover support in one SD card?

I am trying to install the cover support versions of SNES9X GX, FCEUltra GX and VBAGX on my Wii, but there is a problem: all three emulators have a folder called "src" in the root, and whenever I unzip the contents of one emulator to the root of my SD card, it overwrites the contents of the src folder of the previous emulator that was already in the SD. How do I fix that? Should I move the src folders to each individual emulator folder (e.g. VBAGX's "src" folder moved to "vbagx" folder), instead of leaving them in the root of the SD card?

Erm, I believe "src" is the source code to the programs. If you're not a developer, then the "src" folder isn't necessary at all.
