Is it based on snes9x 2005 or 2010?

I'm trying to run the Metroid SNES port made by infidelity and it doesn't run, I had the same issue running it in RA snes9x 2005 core but I could run it in 2010's version (Snes on RA suffer from slowdowns so I prefer running it in standalone)

If you could have a look as to why it runs badly I would appreciate it, thank you.
considering this hasn't gotten an update in 6 years, i wouldn't get too hopeful.
even the fork is about a year old now

Damn, I'm just now realizing that I haven't used my old 3DS since 2020 after I softmodded it... Sheesh 😬

I update the homebrew in mine once a month but I don't use it to play much.

The Vita and Wii are still getting their Snes emulators updated, but for the 3DS the only ones that get regular updates are the Wonderswan, Virtual Boy and Atari ones. Oh and the GBA runner.

Crazy thing a/b it is I have other devices that scratch my '3DS itch' w/o me having to use it. When I first got my 3DS back in 2016, I wasn't even heavily invested in its ecosystem so I have less of an attachment to the platform altogether so my old 3DS is pretty much a heirloom under my possession unfortunately, lol... However, I still update the emus w/in my GameCube and Wii...

I like playing games while traveling or in my bed so I do use my phone, vita and 3DS for gaming. Unfortunately there is no Vita or 3DS ports for some fan made games I do play in my phone.

I work from home so the only opportunities I have away from home is when I'm traveling and I'm more than likely to play games on my phone while connecting a game controller to it via Bluetooth and my phone is more than capable of running 3DS games via Citra so the first thing I'm thinking a/b is not necessarily using my 3DS . And since I own 3x of those cheap Chinese handhelds from Anbernic that released w/in the last year or so, I'm more likely to pick either one of those up and play them instead.

One thing I noticed, the DS and DS Lite are comfy to use. The Old 3DS is actually annoying to use for long times, the OLD 2DS is comfy, and the bigger 3DS/2DS model while nice.... are a tad heavy.

So yeah my favourite goes DS Lite, that sadly mine got the charger broken, then old 2DS, then PSP even if the battery life sucks, then my phone.

Stuck using the Vita for some games but man is the weight annoying.

Anyway at some point someone will probably will put a Snes emulator for the 3DS or update an old one.

A lot of the times, I prefer to emulate the games that I play, especially the ones that were originally meant to be played on a handheld device since I despise looking at a smaller screen for longer periods of time when I have other options. Case in point, I have been playing the GBA version of "The Legend of Zeld: A Link To The Past" recently [which I own personally, but I opted to not use my GBA Player]. I originally started playing it on my modded GameCube (since I already beat the SNES version). However, I don't use it as often since I have other devices (e.g., an Android box) that can run GBA games more efficiently than my GameCube.
One of the features that makes playing games on my modded GameCube so great is that my save games are accessible on flash storage media meaning that the microSD card that I use also contains my game's save data by default and since I have other devices (my Android box) that can also emulate GBA games, I was able to transfer my save game (.sav file) from my GC and pick up where I left off on a different GBA emulator on my Android box. Why don't you take a look.

I use my 2DS to play GBA games a lot even I actually have a GBA and said game. Is quite comfy, not as much as an actual GBA but no need to keep buying batteries. I got two GBA SPs that I use to use a lot, mostly for Pokemon but I like to have as many games as possible in the same system. I have noticed that I tend to use my Vita less that my PSP, despite longer battery life; because the weight does get annoying after a while.

On my HD 2DS I use a GBA emulator, tends to work quite well for most games, and I actually need it when it comes to fake sensors, like that Wario GBA game that had a moving sensor.

Whenever I get the chance to play games designed for a handheld device, I will always take that opportunity to play them on a bigger screen if possible. Just the other day I was playing "God of War: Chains of Olympus" on my Android box w/ 4x up-res'd textures at 1080p and the gameplay felt so smooth and almost console-like. The only drawback was the low quality playback of FMVs.

    Hi,

You won't get an official response from Microsoft on these forums. You're better off writing to them.

Xbox consoles are typically manufactured by Foxconn, a Taiwanese corporation which has a very large factory in Shenzhen, People's Republic of China. Foxconn also has factories in Europe, Japan, Brazil, India and Mexico, but as I understand it, consoles are
