Gaming SNES Injection on a Japanese N3DS

Just downloaded a SNES injected CIA for a game that works perfectly fine on my European N3DS but it doesn't work on my Japanese one, it doesn't even display the banner correctly, does any one know why or how to fix this?

Well, this is just my guess, maybe it's because the jap chars aren't compatible.

Try using another CIA? I'm not sure, but those are my suggestions from a quick Google.
