SNES 2 Official Controllers and Mario Kart £10/$15

Just picked up a snes and 2 official controllers and mario kart from my local cash generator for £10/$15, is this cheap?

Also is there much of a difference between the AV cable and RF?

Pretty cheap.
AFAIK most modern TVs don't have RF support.
