Hacking Sneek/Uneek on new Blue Wii.

I was curious, I am new to this whole Sneek/Uneek setup. My daughter has one of the newer Blue Wii's. I homebrewed it, and setup NeoGamma+channel on it and when I tried to run a disc backup it said something about the disc drive was too new, or unable to recognize the disc. Would running Sneek/Uneek somehow bypass the drive restrictions and allow disc backups to be played? Or will I have to resort to setting up USB Loader?

Sadly, no SNEEK/UNEEK cannot change your hardware. Just use a USB loader with d2x.

No problem, I tried to do the same thing with my wii when I hacked it, all I ended up doing was wasting a perfectly good blank DVD. USB loaders at least work with every hacked wii
