I hear even if you put them on an SD card, they're only readable in Smash. I'm just curious if anyone is working on a method to view/convert them. I figured this would be the best site to ask at due to the nature of what might be required.

Can anyone actually send me one of the snapshot files, I want to see if I can come up with anything.

So far the Wii can only read pictures from SD cards, not write. And you can't e-mail the snapshots either.

It states plainly on the site, that you can save to SD cards.

Just give it a name and save it to either location.

All I want is a copy of one of the files after being saved to the SD card.

No luck. I also asked someone else who is pretty good with this kind of thing and he said if it's ever possible, it'll probably come from the people who are currently hacking the Wii as he believes's it's encrypted with the same method the Wii uses to encrypt everything else.
