You're not helping...

For the question though, just keep trying till it works. If it doesn't work after many tries, try to set up again.

You should try a different access point though, as SmashHax is the most inefficient way to get into homebrew.

My answer WAS just keep trying until it works. I was just being a bit facetious about it . If you read the release Github then you'll see how unstable it really is.

Never heard that metaphor before.

But that's why I told him to try a different access point. It's very unstable.

Yeah but unfortunately it's the ONLY primary entrypoint to HomeBrew right now (and it hasn't even been confirmed to work on 11.1 BUT 3DBrew reports it as working). All the others are secondary (ootHax, Steelhax, Stickerhax) and require HomeBrew to install anyway.
