I'll download the ROM, and try the next steps with the other PC SD card reader. Is that ok?

How old is your computer? If you have something that was made in the Windows 95 / Win 98 / Win 2000 era, they have card readers that are limited to SDHC standard (compatible up to 32 GB). Older ones still could only do SD standard (up to 4 GB).

Yah, you should be good to use the computer's built-in SD reader. Of course, you'll need the microSD-to-standard SD adapter.

Keep backups of the saves + extdata made in Checkpoint or JKSM on your computer to be extra safe.

As for the two "?" Super Smash game & update icons you can't delete in Data Management, you'll be forced to rebuild the 3DS database if those can't be deleted or reinstalled over in FBI.

You can use Option (A) Quick for the initial relisting and then switch over to Option (B) Full later on a slow day when you're not using the n3DS. This is if the reported block sizes annoy you enough.

7-Zip installs a right mouse click add-on CRC SHA. Keep in mind there are other types of hashes not just CRC32.

Ok, I downloaded the .3ds game file from a warez site. It came divided in parts, so I extracted them all in one folder, and then compressed the resulting .3ds file for being able to view its CRC32, and it maches the one that is shown on the images uploaded. Should I be fine? Can I continue using that .3ds file?

If the CRC32 hash matches, it's good to use. Any of the USA releases will do. The differences between the various revisions is that they included newer updates as time went on.

Okay, so I tried this, and it didn't work. I'm still getting the same error. So I went to rebuild 3DS database with option (A) Quick, and when trying to run the "1a" script it gives back the error that there was a conflict with option (B) Full, and detects the folder located in "gm9 > out" that created the option (B) I used on my previous thread as the error. Should I delete that folder and try again?

That's a safety mechanism written into Rebuild 3DS Database to prevent anyone from mixing between the three options' parts 1 and 2. You have to remove the folders leftover from using Option (B) Full before the script allows you to use Option (A) Quick.

However, when the CIAs were getting installed, one of them gave back an error (The one shown in the image). What should I do? Can I continue to run the part 1b of the "Option (A) Quick" script?

0004008C00008F01 is the title id for HOME Menu themes, which is treated as a DLC. That one you would have to reinstall the real CIA or download from eShop (if legit purchased) after using (2a) Restore Setup. Skip that one.

You should not delete folders made in (1a) Generate Dummy CIAs. Those are needed for the (2a) Restore Setup.

After you install the dummy CIAs (except for the failed one you mentioned), you basically repeat what you did back in:

Also, don't keep copies of the dummy CIAs. Those should be treated as disposal once you installed them in FBI. (2a) will take care of deleting the cias (dummy) <ID0> folder to prevent accidentally re-installations.

Deleting those "?" icons in Data Management has a high chance of delisting or corrupting the 3DS database. If that happens, you're better off deleting the SD card's title.db and import.db and then redoing Option (A) Quick.

Then you're forced to delete those two *.db files that are currently at sdmc:/Nintendo 3DS/<ID0>/<ID1>/dbs directory and then rebuild them from scratch with Option (A).

Well, I just finished doing all that and right now the game is giving back a different error. It now says "The additional data is broken. New data must be created" And when I choose "Create new data" it says "There is not enough space on the SD card. New data cannot be created." even though I have 5.1 Gb of free space on my MicroSD card.

And, one more thing. Since I unbricked my New3DS, when I try to open the game "Steamworld Dig 2" I get an error that says "An exception has ocurred" "Processor: ARM11" "Exception type: Undefinided instruction". I don't know if it has something to do with all this
