Hacking Smash bros and bootctr9 v.0.4.1

I have installed A9LH successfully on my old 3ds. After that I installed some CIAs and opened them one time each (to initialize safedata) with no problems. Then I installed hartmannaf's bootctr9. Now I can't play Smash bros anymore. Is it only fixable by going back to luma's arm9loaderhax.bin?

You have to use pathchanger on Luma3DS.
