Hacking Smart Card 256Mb + GBWriter

I flash a GBA game into a Smart Card 256Mb with GBWriter.

My GBA SP would show a white screen and about 30 seconds later the game introduction would start. Once the intro ended, the screen became blue and nothing happen.

What did I do wrong ?

It looks like I need to "grandfathered" this cart. Too old and just couldn't get it to work. :'( :'( :'(

Bought 1 M3 Adapter CF and 1 G6 Lite. Tried out a few games on each cart. Work flawlessly.
