Hacking Slowdown on M3 Perfect

Ok turns out m3 perfect has Slowdowns in game, I was playing streetfighterII X on my M3 Perfect and found out that when pulling off a special attacks would game would lag, so I decided test this on my ezflash 3 in 1, the special attacks ran smoothly.
its not much of a problem, but Im quite disappointed due to the fact the M3 perfect was kinda costy and that M3 didn't stand by its claim.

So you have one instance in which one game slows down when doing a certain action. Yup, the M3 must be complete crap then.

megaman zero series has tons of slowdowns, too... but it's no big deal for me.
