It seemed around the 25th of april, when the wads started coming, that VC wads were being updated almost every day, I haven't been able to find a new one since May 1st. Am I not looking in the right place or has there been some serious slowdown in the release of them?

Hmm, maybe they've caught up, and don't have any more to release?

    Just a thought.

Remember, people have to buy the vc games before dumping them on the internet but yeah there is a slowdown.

not sure about PAL releases but there's been no NTSC packs or singles to come out in at least a week or so (at least on the sites I go to)

The inject tool has also gotten very popular, much updated and are probably simpler to use.
Even though I often prefer original releases, the pal ones often have the 50hz issue witch makes games less interesting.
If we badly want more original releases we could a paypal donation to a good ripper group, or just learn to ripp ourself.

You don't necessarily have to be a scene member. If a release is quality enough to fit their standards, they might accept it.

I've tried it myself, using games I installed as WADs, and games I purchased.

The ones that were WADs that I compiled from a FS dump matched perfectly (MD5 comparison), while the ones I bought from the WiiStore didn't match a current release.

So since I'm using the same methods, I should be doing it right. The WAD plays fine, but I find it odd that it doesn't match.

I don't think that any of the Commodore 64 games have been released.

the only stuff worth releasing are the non pal 50hz official releases.
Other games caould rather be injected or USA regionfree patched.

well unless you have found it you wouldnt know lol
    I havent found it

since what reslease list out there are far from perfect most IND releases are not shown its hard to know whats released yet and what format pal or ntsc

I would think many private trackers out there to have many relases that have not been wide spread enough to find

It works perfectly for me, I've had no problems once I found out I needed ROMs with correct headers.

So have their been any new virtual console dumps? Seems as if there's been nothing new for about a week or so... am I still not looking in the right place? I belong to like 3 private trackers, and between them and this board, I usually know about everything, but something's telling me I'm missing something.
