A victory for necroposters the world over.I used to be a good sleeper. But when the lockdown began, it made me feel anxious, so I started suffering from insomnia. I thought about taking sleeping pills, but having checked the info about them online, I found out they could be used only for a short period of time. So, I changed my daily routine, started doing workouts and yoga, also, I go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. All this works for me.

That's two different hallucinogens you take to sleep. I can give DXM a pass because I've used ketamine to fall asleep before, but 5-MeO-DMT? There's got to be something off in how your brain is wired.Nyquil, robitussin ( dxm/Antihistamines, with or without nsaid is up to you)
Cbd/cannabis
Buspar/xanax
Melatonin
5meo-dmt
Serotonin is key
One may have to find methaqualone

Botox is derived from the tetanus toxin and yet it has the exact opposite effect. Biochemistry isn't as simple as you seem to think. Its derived from melatonin so it'd makes since

That actually makes a lot of sense, since melatonin was named after melanin. When it was discovered, it was found to stimulate melanin production when applied to the skin.i always confuse melatonin and melanin
