Not by community guidelines. The mod owners don't want it officially released for the switch.
I'm going to try convert it with the nx tool.
Well I'm back again to the game, have to figure out all again how to use the converter tool tricks.

That graphics mods are still a mess right? I do remember that my game took ages to load with those types of mods.
I think I'll stick with just some gameplays overhauls.

Hey, I am not a command line guy, I have been trying to convert the unofficial patch, but it's all greek to me.
If someone could send the switch patch to me directly I would really appreciate it.
Either here or my username at Gmail.

Thanks

Hey. So I've been trying to convert the m'riss companion mod and everything works 100%...except her face texture. During the conversation it says "Error During Conversions of textures/mrtt/warmcoat/argent_e.dds". If anyone can help me with this that'd be great. Also if someone already has it working.would you be willing to post it here/sent it to me through dm's?

@ginryu

* Now you need to extract the Oldrim BSA file. Go to ToolKitRelease\Utilities and copy bsarch.exe to where the BSA file is, open a command prompt and type: bsarch unpack "Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.bsa" C:\USLEEP_OLDRIM
Wait until that's done.

@cyfaws

I am confused by your instructions here. I copied bsarch.exe into USLEEP_OLDRIM typed in

bsarch unpack "Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.bsa" C:\USLEEP_OLDRIM

and received

" 'bsarch' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file. "

Why not simply change the directory to ToolKitRelease\ in command promt and just use UNPACK_MOD.BAT on USLEEP_OLDRIM ? Will that give the same outcome?

Also I am confused as to where and when the USSEP files come into your example? Could you please clarify for me?

Thanx in advance

I'm thinking on modding my Skyrim too, but, I don't know if it can be easily done, and it if hits hard the performance.
What's your opinion on that?

Guys sorry for being late, here all my converted mod so far.
(YAY! I've installed parallel desktop on my Mac only for modding Skyrim for switch, now I'm able too to convert mods!)

- 360 movement: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34508
- Female animation pack: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29408
- SkyUI 2.2 (with no SKSE) (I've played a little with the config file to increase the font size.. needed for the handled mode on the switch)
- Mod Pack merged by me (collection of simple mod with only .esp file merged together)

The mods of the mod pack are ( I don't remember the exact name of each mod) :
- Invisible helmet to craft
- Shiva beautiful preset
- Free face sculptor
- Infinite shouting
- Fast travel from interiors
- Rich merchant of skyrim
- Extended character creation option
- Cheating chest in whiterun
- Fusrohdah non-hostile
- Unlimited sprinting
- No edge glow
- Shoot arrow straight
- No more standing too close to npc
- Better horses
- Unleveled items for reward items on mission
- Psychokinesis spell
- Carryweight x100
- Better harvesting
- Toneycraftingresource chest in helgen
- Container of gold, sky forge on whiterun

Here's a zip with the folders of each mod! Share your converted mod too :)
Thank you for this!

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Can someone please convert this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/37058
I hate having my character look like an old man.

Thanks, I'll try it again later with fewer mods and see if that resolves the issue. Using USSEP, unofficial patch, and a few others.

the vram is one advantage when it comes to AI but ends up being slower even with that and really AI is the only use case that needs more than 12gb vram right now

    Interesting lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I think I watched a video where two games at 4K where eating just over 16GB of RAM and it's the one case where the 7900XT and XTX pulled ahead (minus RTX of course)
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
So my opinion is that they could age a bit better in the future, and maybe AMD will continue improving them via drivers like they tend to do. No guarantee there but they have done it in the past. Just a feeling I have.
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
cyberpunk at 4k without DLSS/fidelityfx *might* exceed 12gb
    +1
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
but that game barely runs at native 4k
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I think it was some newer games and probably poorly optimized PS4 or PS5 ports
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
they definitely will age better but i feel dlss might outweigh that since it looks about as good as native resolution and much less demanding
    +1

When I played Cyberpunk on my old 2080 Ti it sucked lol
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
AMD could introduce something comparable to DLSS but nvidia's got a lot more experience with that
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
least amd 7xxx has tensor cores which the previous generations didn't so there is the potential for AI upscaling
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
They have FSR or whatever it's called and yeah it's still not great
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
so AMD seem to finally be starting to take AI seriously
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Oh yeah those new 8000 CPUs have AI cores built in that's interesting
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Maybe they plan on offloading to the CPU?
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Would be kinda cool to have the CPU and GPU working in random more
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
    Tandem even
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
i think i heard of that, it's a good idea, shouldn't need a dedicated GPU just to run a LLM or video upscaling
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
even the nvidia shield tv has AI video upscaling
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
LLMs can be run on cpu anyway but it's quite slow

Have you ever been beaten by a wet spaghetti noodle by your girlfriend because she has a twin sister, and you got confused and fucked her dad?
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I had a girlfriend who had a twin sister and they would mess with me constantly.... Until one chipped a tooth then finally I could tell them apart.... Lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
They would have the same hair style the same clothes everything... Really messed with my head lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
@The Real Jdbye, I could see AMD trying to pull off the CPU GPU tandem thing, would be a way to maybe close the gap a bit with Nvidia. Plus it would kinda put Nvidia at a future disadvantage since Nvidia can't make X86/64 CPUs? Intel and AMD licensing issues... I wonder how much that has held back innovation.
