hi i need help installing skyrim legendary edition from my disc to my laptop without downloading steam or anything because i use my pc offline and the nearest hotspot is 10 km away

I believe you just need to connect to the activation server for steam and downloaded any updates if needed if you have the discs, after that you can use it offline
