Skyrim latest update wont activate anniversary edition

I still haven't figured it out how to play the new DCLs.
Can someone please help?

I have installed Anniversary Upgrade DLC, but it sill isn't activated for some kind of reason.
If I navigate in the menu of Skyrim to "System">"installed content" everything from the anniversary DLC is listed.
But if I want to buy for example the new backpack which should be ready to buy from a dealer, there is no new item.

Did the performance issues ever get fixed?

yep they release new patch after the anniv release, but if you need better fps just put 60 fps command on the ini file

For anyone having the same problem, I understood where the error is: you have to look in your Skyrim_aoc.ccc file to see if all the DLCs are activated. To see the ccc file, open DBI, select "Browse installed titles", select Skyrim, select the latest update (the one with has less space, around KBs), select romfs. You should see if all the DLCs are active, if only "Skyrim" appears then they are not active. I don't know if I can share my .ccc file here, but this is the process
