Hacking Sky3DS and N3DS XL Questions

Hi,

I have some Questions about the combination above. I have a N3DS XL with 9.0 Firmware. Now:

1. Can I use the Sky3DS and play f.e. Monster Hunter 4 and Majors Mask roms with it WITHOUT updating my 9.0 Firmware?

2. Is there a List of wich Game brings wich Firmwareupdate with it?

1.yes however you can't go online with MH4 as I think it needs an update and to get the update you MUST be on the latest version. If it doesn't need an update then you should be able to get online just fine.
