If you're on 4.1-9.2 with and old 3ds/2ds, use gateway launcher to dump your game then use gateway rom patcher.

You can't, there's no way. You need 9.2 or below to extract that from a real cartridge. Find a friend with a console up to 9.2 and use it to extract the data from your cartridge. I would do it for you but I'm too far away.
