I'm super newb about laptops but i've tried to help her and we checked some in the shops here.
There was the Tosbiha L50-C-1C7 but she denied that and wants to get Asus X553MA-XX492D Pink(Celeron CPU). Anyone know how good/bad it is? She's gonna use it for facebook, youtube and typing so i guess the pinky would be fine for her? And is the Toshiba one better? Thanks in advance

Honestly, if that's all it's for, there's no reason to be picky about a laptop. The only thing I would suggest is just sticking with the generally good brands, Dell makes ok laptops nowadays, Asus makes great ones, MSI, HP's are ok. I suggest avoiding Toshiba, Samsung, and Acer because they're all pretty much shit.

Personally, I'd stick with Asus (purely because I've never had any big issues with the ones I've used), so sure why not the pink one.

As much as budget matters, try to get something better than a Celeron.

I have Pentium on both, Gaming PC and Laptop. And it's better than Celeron(my Dad has a Celeron one, its like 65% of what the Pentium is)

If they're of the same generation, Pentiums are better than Celerons

nowdays Pentium, Celeron and Atom are pretty decent for light applications. Also they are very energy efficient and don't need much cooling(in non performance intensive situations)

According to benchmarks, the Pentium n3700 is something like 10% quicker than the Celeron n2940 CPU, but it's also in a Toshiba laptop, so something is bound to shit out in a few months.

Not all of Acer's laptops are shit. Just the ones you find in Walmart or Target. The Acer Predator 17 and Acer Predator 17 X are pretty damn good.

On topic: An expensive laptop isn't needed. The Asus laptop should suffice.

Avoid getting laptops from HP and Acer. Stick to Asus, Dell or Lenovo.

I also think you should avoid Acer because I've used a laptop from them that barely even lasted a year before dying :/

I've seen my dad and brothers go through multiple toshiba laptops so I'd suggest staying away from those. Acer and hp tend to be shit. I have a gaming lenovo laptop (Y500 to be exact) and its served me pretty well but sometimes the drivers are kinda of a hassle. I got my friend an Asus gaming laptop and its magical. I'd suggest Asus all the way.

I have acpi driver issues on my acer under Windows 10 (freezes on sleep and attempted shutdown, requiring a manual force shutdown). It may because I have a tp500ln book flip, but as it is I personally will only consider a Lenovo, Surface, or maybe a Dell.
