Simple Account Switcher: Is it safe to change memory card ?

Hello, here is my situation : I have a PSVita with a 64Gb memory stick and a PSTV with a 16Gb memory stick, however the PSTV was not created using my main PSN account because I couldn't retreive my PSVita PSN password so I created a new one, yesterday I installed and used Simple Account Switcher to connect my PSTV to the same PSN account that my PSVita. I would like to put my 64Gb memory card from my Vita to my PSTV, is it safe now it's on the same PSN account ? Or is it safier for me to format my PSTV and redo the hack ? Thanks.

Edit : I forgot to say that both console run on the same 3.60 enso firmware.

Should be able to, just delete the id.dat.
