Hacking Sigpatches for Atmosphere (Hekate, fss0, fusee & package3)

Added a link to TotalJustice's patches and labelled them as beta.
I will wait until more people confirm they're working completely (games, DLCs, eShop games and homebrew apps) to make the proper update.

yes patches working fine tested them for over 2 days on 2 different consoles with several different cards if i have to be accurate even the ones for Hekate are working perfectly

I have updated the zip and OP with the latest patches from TotalJustice.
They should be the patches for firmware 11.0 and Atmosphere 0.16.0-p2

One thing I'd like to note, and I noticed when making the ZIP
From the patches in the repository here:
https://github.com/ITotalJustice/patches/releases

I noticed that the fusee.zip Loader folder has 2 additional IPS patches compared to the Hekate.zip one.
For some reason, these two IPS patches are excluded in the Hekate one, but they do seem to be included in the patches.ini file, so I guess there's no issue.

I added them anyway, just for completion sake for all patches.

i saw these 2 additional ips also added in patch.ini so it's support hekate/deepsea as well.
i checked deepsea 1.9.0 , according to they released date, maybe the kernel is still in atmosphere pre-released not pre-2nd

Deepsea is just a pack that uses hekate + atmosphere and some homebrew nothing more just a starter pack for lazy ppl you can do the same in 5 min and called it shallowsea theres NO patches for Deapsea there is however patches for Hekate and Atmosphere they both use the same patches the only difference is that Hekate reads the patches in a different way thats it theres two ips patches cause there is two Atmosphere 0.16.0 Pre-releases thats all those same patches were added into hekate ini file

The ES & FS patches could work.
I'm not sure if those are only need in major FW revisions, or if they need to be created with each subversion.
If the former is the case, then perhaps we could only need new Loader patches, which AutoIPS could generate easily.

Please, someone correct me if I'm wrong.
