Sorry to clarify I meant after installing the latest sigpatch, under the Sys-patch Tesla menu under log i see the following (see pictures):

"noacidsigchk" is unpatched & others show patched but some in orange and others in a green.

So based on this shouldn't I be concerned the "noacidsigchk" is unpatched? If it was patched by sigpatches then shouldn't Sys-patch recognize that and say its patched?

If you or anyone has updated to the latest hekate, atmosphere & switch firmware can you confirm you see the same thing as me?

I'm worried about getting banned if this is not patched so being extra careful.
You don't need acid patches. Plus you got Tinfoil installed, if you go online with it. You will get banned.

Thanks! Do u mind linking me those 2 threads so i can book mark it for letter?

Thread of SYS-PATCH
SYS-Patch Sysmodule and Sigpaches are complimentary togheter, in some cases they do the same thing on different ways so SYS-Patch do not search for the patches applied by IPS files, so don't worry . the meaning of colors are in the OP of SYS-Patch Thread (https://gbatemp.net/threads/sys-patch-sysmod-that-patches-on-boot.633517/) and on several post of this thread.

Download link of most Recent SYS-Patch.

What are you talking about?
The link in the OP is pointing to the updated v2. Use that while booting Atmosphere with Hekate's FSS0 or use Sys-patch if you want to boot with fusee.bin as payload instead
Not that hard really...
exactly was talking about that, a fucking mess, instead 1 folder... v2 or v7, I'd upload everything my self and post it here but it doesn't work with tinfoil games unless you enable ignore signature, and my google drive is full of CP

That option in tinfoil is nothing to do with sig patches in this thread which patch the firmware + atmosphereNX. It's for when the signature of an NSP or XCI is wrong, it bypasses the signature check in the NSP/XCI and still installs it.

I updated to CFW 18.1.0 and AMS 1.7.1. and now XCI file games work, but not NSP files. I have sys-patch but can't toggle it on. Not sure what I did wrong. I'm using the Fusee modded version payload

Hi I am new to switch modding.

I just got my switch v1 unpatches, upgraded from v16 to v18.1. I now have CFW 18.1.0 AMS 1.7.1 Hekate 6.2.
I used also the sys-patch beta v2 on this page

https://gbatemp.net/threads/sigpatc...-fusee-package3.571543/page-177#post-10438165

and was able to play/launch backup games using DBI.

Now my question is, I also read about this sys-patch 1.5.2
https://gbatemp.net/download/sys-patch-1-5-2-binary-fw-18-1-0-atmosphere-1-7-1.38686/, at what scenario would I still be needing this patch?

Try the one from this post. I'm not sure if it's any different from the impeeza's one (as far as I know, they should be the same, it's just that impeeza's one has higher version number that he had personally set just so that it looks prettier), but the one from that post is the one I'm still using.

SYS-PATCH sysmodule is a complementary to sigpatches, is another way to do the same, the advantage is no need know too much to get them working.

Yes sir all latest versions or sysmodule are the same because the code needed to support FW 18+ and Atmosphère 17.1+ was released here on GBA temp and no official develper is in olace some people used the available most recent source code and added the modifications so they should be the same

Using those and still not working. Sys-patch wont toggle on. I'm not connected to the internet, if that even matters

The sysmodule should stay "off" as it were. If you toggle it on, it will activate, do it's magic (manually, otherwise it always does it magic at startup) and then toggle back off. So that part looks normal.

SYS-Patch is a sysmodule which RUN AT STARTUP and when done STOPS, SYS-PATCH have no memory/CPU footprint because is not needed it reside on memory.

It runs make the needed changes on static memory, then stops and you don´t need to run again until next reboot

Honestly with the library of the PS3 and Wii.... For me the Wii wins that gen. I like FPS more on PC so that just kills the PS3 library... Wii had more odd games.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
    Just my opinion of course
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Most everyone else would pick the PS3
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I bet if someone did a huge detailed survey of what consoles and PCs people owned at the time. It probably would be if someone didn't have a full gaming PC that the PS3 did offer a better experience for them.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
If someone had a nice PC they probably enjoyed the Wii for the games that couldn't be found on PC
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
If I werent stupid I would port wii games to the ps3 (or atleast the ones involved in nintendo megaleaks)
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, I'm not a lawyer, but porting source code from a leak isn't a very good idea.
