So no one has given a clear and definitive answer to this, or I'm just not understanding it. You have a GC iso, say 280mb shrunk from the original 1.4 gb. Now can I then burn the shrunk iso on to a normal dvdr disc, and run it on my wii which has the wiikey installed. Or is this statement accurate:

I'm confused as there seemed to be conflicting answers to this. I'm not talking about multiple shrunk isos on one disc, but one iso per disc, shrunk. So if the above statement is true I would have to add the garbage data back to the shrunk iso?

    Thank in advance

...What is the point of shrinking it when you are putting it on it's own disc anyways? [IMG] [IMG]

i think in order to be played shrunk, you need a booter...

But even if you keep the 1.4gb image, that can still be burnt to a standard DVDR right? Or does it have to be a mini-dvd unless you use a booter?

Well the isos are already provided shrunk - so I have to fat them out with the garbage data, I'm just wondering if that process is necessary as that would mean fatting out all the isos that come pre-shrunk, that#s including scene releases of GC isos

Why not use GCOS with the self booting multidisk?

why would you do that, when you can just use the multi-game GCOS that just came out, shrink all your iso's and put em on a nice big dvd?

edit: shoulda refreshed. lul. But yes, should def do that [IMG]

If I remember correctly I had a shrinked image of Zelda Four Swords which I burned to a big DVD and it works fine on my Wiikey'd Wii. But I agree with the others saying to use the just released Selfboot GCOS Multigame tool to burn multiple isos on one DVD.
