The amiibo unlocks Custom Knight and 5 challenges.

I will try it with JKSV and update you guys.

UPDATE: I changed it to:
uAmiiboChallengeUnlocked=1.uChallengeAmiiboFlags=0.uChallengeAmiiboFlags2=0

It works.
