Confirmed Shoutbox bug

If you paste a Twitter link in the shoutbox, it gets a Invalid twitter status URL (tag added to it (which doesn't work, since the shoutbox doesn't support that tag))

since saturday, it now update the Shoutbox thread everyday at 11h pm
Before, it was everyday at midnight
why?
