    Definitely not.

I saw these sad kids in the local store with the little table rig set up playing that game.
    Losers!

When they announced the new Gold and Silver remakes, I originally thought and hoped that they were remaking the Gameboy Color's TCG game. Very big disappointment that they are not. After all, it is my favorite TCG and they do need an updated video game for it.

Pokemon had a great run time and caught a lot of attention. Yu-gi-oh! was ok for awhile, but then all these cards came out and it was just difficult to keep up. Once the (real) show ended, I didn't see as many people playing it as often. And the games are just very repetitive.

I'd love to see a new Pokemon TCG videogame. Wouldn't bet on seeing one anytime soon though since there hasn't been one since the GBC days.

Pokemon TCG is way better than Yugioh IMO. Yugioh is based too much on luck.

They should do a 2 in one and have the second one with it.

they could but you could just use an emulator to play the first. but good idea for the people who dont have or no how to emulate the game.

I loved the original one, too, so I'd love to see a new game with an updated card list and whatnot. I would, however, admittedly prefer a DSiWare release. Not because it would be cheaper that way, but because I'd like to have it sitting on my DSi for convenience without having to pirate it.

The original Yugioh manga came out the same year as pokemon... That said, the rules for Yugioh are very different from pokemon, and pokemon was merely a ripped off version of magic the gathering which was the predominant (IE only played) TCG at the time.

No, because the actual game wasn't that fun.

However I would argue that Wizards of the Coast should just come out with a "Complete collection" with different backs of the top 300 or so cards from MtG and then have 4x copies of them. I'd love to pick it up again, but it just got too damn expensive after about 2001. Yes, I played from Revised until the Urza saga. Um, also bring back Hecatomb. Nah, forget it, I can buy boxes of that for like $10 a piece now on ebay. Nearly have a complete set.

I wouldn't play it, but I think they should make a NEW Pokemon TCG game. Too much time has passed, and too many changes have been made since the game was released.

Even if the do it, I wouldn't care one bit....I really don't like card playing games on handhelds....It's too boring (I'm speaking for myself, I understand that there are people that DO in fact like it)

Also, thread moved to more appropriate section!

This really has nothing to do with NDS hardware..

    Yugioh ftw! Pokemon TCG..... [IMG]

What makes you think there'll be a Pokemon TCG when you don't even even see Duel Masters around nowadays? They had quite some games back then.
