Emulation Should I use mGBA or emGBA instead of VbaGX?

Recently I saw there its a port of mGBA for Wii, and other one called "emGBA", I had been using VbaGX since 2018 but the emulator don't has shaders and some games run choppy.

I want to know if mGBA or emGBA are best and if I can import my save files from VbaGX.

Edit: Just Installed mGBA, moved vbagx roms to mGBA/roms folder and copied and renamed save files and they work great (even 3D games work fine).
Screenshots and save states also work fine.

mGBA without a doubt.

For GBA on Wii, it's better using mGBA Wii (the official standalone port), if you don't like using VBA GX.
mGBA on RA-HEXAECO (RetroArch Wii mod by SuperrSonic) is another nice alternative to official mGBA Wii if your interest is playing GBA games on Wii, along with some other features such per-core / per-game config.
Enhanced mGBA (emGBA) is another option but i don't recommend it since sometimes it doesn't work and speed is not good enough than official mGBA.
