Hacking Should I inject header on my offline ROMS?

Nope, I dont think so.. headers are only important for playing online

Might aswell its a 5 second process I have all "my" 3DS files nice and organized with a private header from my cubic ninja cart

If your thinking of using Streetpass on an offline rom, it will work.

From what I gathered, as long as its in .3ds format and not .3dz it has no capabilities going online therefore Nintendo won't be able to check it.

You would only want to inject a rom with a header that you want to play online then change the extension to .3dz . I guess there's no harm in also injecting a header with offline roms but it might be time consuming and unnecessary.
