Hacking should I go SD or Mini SD

I'm thinking of buying device using external memory like SD or SD mini.
But as you know SD mini is bit expensive than SD. So is there any advantage if I buy a device using SD mine?
otherwise I'm gonna buy SD device , cause I even don't have reader of it and no other devie using it.

I'm checking M3 reason? looks like it's best selling. many online stores out of stock. Is it right?

anyway I'm googling it. I'm gooing to play mostly emul game. Is it good idead buying M3 to play emul games?

AFAIK the advantage of miniSD over regular size is just the cart size

on SC miniSD and SD use the same patching software (contrarily to both CF and microSD )

1) Devices that use MiniSD are smaller and have same size of an original GBA cart. SD cart versions sticks out a little bit.
2) I´ve seen M3 in stock in lot of online stores.
3) For GBA support, I recommend M3, G6 or EZ-Flash IV.
