Hi i have a question that should i initilize my ps4 and delete the psn account i have on ps4 before jailbreaking it because of a risk of banning my account...

you can't access PSN or play online with a hacked PS4. So you should keep your PSN account on. It will give you access to NoPSN pkgs like netflix & plex. You can also use ReactPSPLUS to reactivate any previous ps plus games providing you still have the license on your system.
