Hacking Shop Channel and News channel not working

Hi guys, please give me a hand with this. I have a Japanese version Wii that I modded and changed to 4.1U. Things seem to be fine except when I try to run Wii shop channel, it just reboots to system menu. And when I try to update news, it gives error saying unable to obtain update..and some error new000000060 or something like that.

Any idea how to fix this?
