if its true sweet, however we need more entry points on card games not owned by Nintendo, preferably by companies that are no longer making 3ds games or don't care about patching. I dont think Nintendo can force patch a game not owned by them...

If OoT is any indication, Nintendo has little interest in patching secondary hax, whether by them or not

I'm starting to think they are mostly concerned with primary entry points, which they've done splendidly. Tubehax and Ironhax are permanently dead, and Browserhax has been patched for quite a while, perhaps also permanently (although many promise that it will be reopened soon™. I have my doubts).

This may be all Nintendo cares about, as this creates more inconvenience or difficulties than it's worth for 95% of users to bother with. Any efforts beyond this will be increasingly difficult with rather diminishing returns. We certainly aren't in the era of DS Lite and R4.

IIRC, Shiny Quagsire at one point expressed some dismay at how piracy is hogging the spotlight when it comes to 3ds cfw, rather than other development.

Even though I think their stuff should be released, you do know he's right, right?
This is a homebrew-dedicated subforum, and in the last new 50 threads only one or two apps/games were covered, between a sea of "a9lh dun work halp" threads.

The worst part is that there's a subforum dedicated to CFW, but nobody seems to give a single fuck.
