EDIT 06/09/2023: This project has been abandoned however can easily be redone by another enthusiast of Shinobi as the ~1000 or so textures of the game dump in a straightforward manner and were simply AI upscaled using Upscayl.

i might dump it in the future for an upscale. depends if i have a pnach cheat file to blitz through it quickly to get the dumps for it
