Completed: UI, monsters, npc-s and 80% of BG textures.
Missing: 2 endings, some bg assets, base font

Install:
1. Download the latest Pcsx2 nightly build (v1.7.2404 +).
2. Extract the folder to the pcsx2 texture folder (...\Pcsx2\textures\SLUS-20911\replacements).
SSD recommended!!
3. Config > Graphics Settings > Advanced tab:
Dump Textures: OFF | Load Texture: ON | Async Texture Loading: ON
4. Have fun!

- Fixed the MC's alpha issues

I've been trying to download a few of your more recent updates, but it looks like your mega account got nuked. I'll keep an eye out in case you rehost them. I'll drop you a donation also, least I can do considering all the work that goes into these releases.

At some point I'm going to try my hand at some upscaled releases - so many PS2 games are excellent, but unfortunately don't scale all that well on modern displays.
