Hacking Shin Megami Tensei IV DLC on a UK 3DS with Gateway?

Is there any way to get it? EU version of the game isn't out yet so I'm playing the NA release on my Gateway, is there any way I can get the DLC or am I stuck waiting until the EU version is out for the DLC?

No. You must be able to access the game region's eshop to download dlc. And sadly, your UK 3ds cannot access US eshop

That's what I suspected, was hoping someone had come up with some kind of workaround for that. Thanks anyway.
